Terms of use
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the CloudPandas Grid Viewer (the "tool"), provided free of charge by CloudPandas GmbH. By using the tool you accept these terms.
2. The service
The tool lets you view XML and JSON files as cascaded tables, source text, or a diagram. All processing happens locally in your browser. No files are transmitted to or stored on our servers.
3. No warranty
The tool is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that parsing or rendering is error-free, or that the tool will be available without interruption. You are responsible for verifying any results before relying on them.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CloudPandas GmbH is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tool.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or overload the service. You are solely responsible for the files you process and for ensuring you have the right to view them.
6. Intellectual property
The tool, its design, branding, and underlying code are the property of CloudPandas GmbH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your files and their contents remain entirely yours; we claim no rights over them.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms; the version published on this page applies to your use.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Cham, Switzerland, to the extent legally permissible.
